Getting Started

  • Lets get started! To receive an estimate, please send the following information to contact@enstylesofa.com:
    Dimensions, design concept, COM selection, and any specific details or features that you would like to be included in the project

Payment

  • We accept payment via checks or ACH payments for your convenience
  • We typically need 5 to 7 weeks to complete a custom order. Once we have received a 50% deposit, fabric, and confirmed dimensions, we’ll get started right away! Throughout the process, our team will keep you updated about our progress.

Materials

  • All frames are crafted using alder wood
  • We offer three different cushion fill options: HR foam, trillium, and 25/75 down feather blend.
    • HR Foam is a high-resilience foam that provides a firm and supportive cushion. It is a good choice when a firm seat is preferred.
    • Trillium is a natural fiber that is known for its softness and comfort. It is a good choice when a soft and plush cushion is preferred.
    • 25/75 down feather blend is a good choice when a soft and supportive cushion is preferred.
  • We work with the fabric or material provided by our clients. Please send all COM/COL with attention to the order number to our warehouse:

Delivery

  • Please note that Enstyle Sofa does not currently offer an in-house delivery service. However, we can connect you with a third-party delivery company for local and out-of-state deliveries. The delivery fees will vary based on the specific piece and the delivery location.
  • We’re also happy to work with your preferred delivery team! To ensure a seamless pick-up process, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice. This allows us to prepare your items and ensure they are ready for pick-up at your desired time.
